Ms. Navya is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist at Samvedna Care with more than 10+ years of experience. She has completed her M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from Amity University. She was previously associated with various NGOs, where she was responsible for providing mental health services to children and adults through conducting workshops, psycho diagnostic assessments, individualized therapies, family therapy and counselling sessions.

 She has presented her research at National and International Conferences and published more than 10 research papers. Psychotherapy and counselling have been her strong area and given her experience she can handle simple to complex psychopathology cases. She practices cognitive behaviour therapy and eclectic approach majorly. Apart from this she has expertise and qualification in conducting psychometric testing and developing individualized treatment plans for the clients.

 She believes in an integrative approach, keeping her client’s need at the core of her practice. Her body of work is based on the fundamental principle that by increasing one’s self-awareness through therapy which brings about conscious changes in your life, you can achieve authentic happiness.
